Nancy and her husband, Ron, of 48 years, live in the valley of the sun with their two children, Zachary and Alice. Ron and Nancy have decided, as a result of the current health crisis, that neither was meant to homeschool Reading, Writing & Arithmetic, and should stick to the Golden Rule & the words expressed in Luke 10:27 “…And he (Jesus) answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.”

What Matters To Me is a collection of poems which reflect the joy, pain, and experiences of life – all from the perspective of a woman who is rooted in faith and hope in the Lord. As the author writes from her experiences, she gives voice to the emotions that are common to us all. In her verses about spiritual truths, she provides an opportunity for the reader to remember God – His promises and His blessings – and join in praise and thanksgiving to Him. There is something in this collection that will speak to everyone, providing inspiration to keep pressing on and giving comfort in knowing that we’re not alone in this journey of life.
