NEW RELEASE: Memoir of Jacob Creath, Jr.

We would like to announce our newest title – Memoir of Jacob Creath, Jr. by Phillip Donan – is now available.

Memoir of Jacob Creath, Jr. (cover)Jacob Creath, Jr. (1799-1886) played an important role in the first part of the Restoration Movement in the 19th century. Though his name is not as well-known as men like Alexander Campbell, Barton W. Stone, and “Raccoon” John Smith, Creath labored alongside of these men in trying to point people back to the Bible. He spent much of his life laboring in Missouri while also traveling to other states to preach and was the first to preach “the primitive gospel” in St. Paul, Minnesota.

This Memoir of Jacob Creath, Jr. was compiled by Phillip Donan. It also includes a brief biographical sketch of Creath’s uncle, Jacob Creath, Sr. (1777-1854).
